We are currently searching for a Site Manager for a National Main Contractor on a housing project. As Site Manager you will be responsible for the coordination of the various trades on site, reporting to the Project Manager.
Previous experience working on Housing projects is beneficial as well as experience.
Coordinate all subcontractor packages on-site liaising with internal staff and subcontractor managers.
Ensure Health & Safety standards are upheld at all times and document any infringements.
Make sure the sequence of works is being abided by and the programme is being stuck to.
Produce daily and weekly reports to the Project Manager and chair meetings when necessary.
2/3 years’ previous site management experience.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Strong ability to multitask and coordinate.
SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid are essential.
